  • Where are the products made?

    All of our products are handcrafted in Croatia from high-quality materials. We pride ourselves on using European suppliers for the materials that go into our products—such as paper, wood, and ceramic—as well as for our packaging whenever possible.

  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from Slovenia. We offer Europe-wide shipping through the GLS courier service.

  • What is the delivery price?

  • What delivery service do you use?

    All our packages are sent through the GLS courier service

  • What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

    Each one of our shipments is packaged in eco-friendly materials that protect your products as much as possible.

    Unfortunately, there is still always a possibility for some products to break during shipping. If this happens with your shipment, please provide us with photo evidence of the damage, and we will send you a replacement for any damaged products.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    We ship all orders within three business days; however, delivery times vary by country. For exact information on shipping times and prices, please check out our delivery info page.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. In your order confirmation email, you will receive an order tracking link where you can see the status of your shipment as well as adjust your shipment details, address, phone number, etc.

    You will also receive a notification about the exact time of your delivery on the day of delivery from our GLS courier partner.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over 75 euros. This is subject to change during different times of the year or during sales. Exact delivery prices (including free delivery) will be calculated once you add items to the shopping cart and fill in your delivery address information.

Payment & Returns
  • Can I return my order?

    To return a product you are not satisfied with or no longer want, you first need to contact us to arrange a pickup for your return. The refund amount will be the value of the product(s) you are returning minus the cost of return shipping.
